Job Description:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by parachuting into existing tenders, seeking fast-track tenders, and exploring various market opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Develop, maintain, and grow strong client relationships to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction, attending networking events and engaging with key stakeholders.

Prepare financial projections, set sales targets, and execute sales objectives to drive business growth, while maintaining and expanding existing leads.

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, optimizing terms and conditions for both parties.

Maintain and update the company profile, registration, and prequalification documents to enhance the company's market presence and credibility.

Salary: Up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications, plus company car and commission

About the Client:

An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.

Qualifications:

40 years old and below.

At least 5 years UAE experience in the same industry with clients in the F&B/hospitality.

Must have proven client relationships with designers, hotels, or operators in F&B.

Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
