Harbins is looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join its growing team on a fully remote basis, working across the US time zone. In this position, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads across multiple channels, conducting cold calls, and running targeted outbound outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with prospects and clients, and consistently meeting and exceeding business development targets. Your work will directly contribute to expanding Harbins' client base in the US market, requiring both initiative and strong commercial judgement on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate brings proven hands-on experience in lead generation and cold calling, with a preference for those who have worked directly with US-based clients and understand the nuances of that market. You communicate with confidence and clarity in both verbal and written form, and you possess strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that translate into real results. A self-directed, target-oriented approach is essential, as this role demands the discipline and proactivity to perform consistently in a fully remote environment without day-to-day supervision.
