In this role, you will generate new business opportunities for Resource Bazaar Technologies across its IT and non-IT staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, remote hiring, and resource augmentation service lines. You will identify and acquire clients through LinkedIn outreach, networking, email campaigns, referrals, and other business development channels, building relationships with HR managers, founders, hiring managers, and business leaders across target markets. You will manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to successful closure and collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure that client requirements are met with quality and speed.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in business development, staffing sales, client acquisition, or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of how organisations hire and scale their teams. You should be comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, articulating the value of staffing and recruitment solutions, and managing multiple client conversations simultaneously. A background in recruitment consultancy, RPO, IT staffing, or B2B sales will be a strong advantage.
