Duties & Responsibilities:

Global Career Heights Human Resources and Management Consultancy is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the human resources industry and be fluent in both Arabic and French.

Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly targets by working closely with allocated Corporate Agents.

Ensure ethical practices are maintained across all dealings.

Sales and Marketing Strategies:

Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies to foster business growth.

Develop and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) strategies based on customer needs, broker type, and resources.

Broker Management:

Screen potential brokers (both individual and corporate) to promote Client products.

Provide support, training, onboarding, and coaching to assigned brokers to help them achieve sales targets.

Client Programs and Opportunities:

Explore and leverage Client Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales within the assigned territory.

Negotiate and develop contracts, ensuring integration of contract requirements with business operations.

Networking and Relationship Building:

Identify new revenue opportunities by participating in networking events to attract and retain clients.

Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.

Marketing and Promotion:

Support the implementation of marketing and promotion strategies for Client projects.

Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the human resources industry.

Fluent in both Arabic and French.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Experience in managing and supporting brokers and corporate agents.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
