Job Description

Role Overview – ARC Global is hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-Site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for ambitious sales and business professionals with strong business development expertise, market analysis knowledge, and the ability to identify growth opportunities effectively, build client relationships, develop business partnerships, generate revenue, and contribute to organizational expansion within a dynamic global services organization.

Business Opportunity Identification and Analysis – You will identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching potential clients, and assessing business potential. You will evaluate market gaps, monitor competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities supporting organizational expansion. You will conduct market research and provide strategic insights guiding business development strategy.

Client Relationship Building and Management – You will build strong client relationships by understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining regular contact. You will develop client trust, support client success, and identify additional business opportunities. You should be relationship-focused and client-centric in all interactions.

Sales Pipeline Development and Management – You will develop sales pipelines by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and managing sales progression through stages. You will track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and support timely deal closure. You should maintain organized, healthy pipelines supporting revenue targets.
