Role Overview – Sundus Global is hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for ambitious, results-driven sales and business development professionals with strong B2B sales expertise, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth within a competitive business environment.
Lead Generation and Prospecting – You will drive lead generation and prospecting by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, conducting cold calls and emails, networking at industry events, leveraging LinkedIn and digital channels, and building a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
Business Development and Sales – You will execute business development and sales activities by presenting company products and services, understanding client needs, preparing customized proposals, negotiating terms and pricing, closing deals, and achieving individual and team sales targets consistently.
Client Relationship Management – You will build and manage client relationships by maintaining regular communication with prospects and customers, understanding their business challenges, providing solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis – You will conduct market research and competitive analysis by monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, identifying market opportunities, gathering customer insights, and providing feedback to management to inform business strategies and positioning.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations – You will deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations by preparing compelling pitch decks, showcasing product features and benefits, addressing client questions and objections, and effectively communicating value propositions that differentiate Sundus Global from competitors.
Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation – You will develop proposals and negotiate contracts by preparing quotations, drafting service agreements, negotiating pricing and terms, coordinating with legal and operations teams on contract requirements, and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Account Management and Customer Retention – You will manage accounts and drive customer retention by providing ongoing support to existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, addressing client concerns promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction that promote loyalty and long-term relationships.
CRM and Sales Tracking – You will use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems by maintaining accurate client records, tracking sales activities and pipeline progress, updating deal statuses, logging communications, and generating reports to monitor performance and forecast revenue.
Collaboration with Internal Teams – You will collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, finance, and management by sharing market insights, coordinating service delivery, communicating client requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration to support successful client acquisition and retention.
Networking and Industry Engagement – You will engage in networking and industry activities by attending trade shows, conferences, business forums, and networking events, representing Sundus Global professionally, building industry connections, and identifying partnership and collaboration opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Performance Analysis – You will prepare sales reports and analyze performance by tracking KPIs (conversion rates, revenue, deal closure rates, client acquisition costs), analyzing sales data, identifying trends and improvement areas, and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Target Achievement and Revenue Growth – You will focus on target achievement and revenue growth by setting personal sales goals, implementing effective sales strategies, managing time and priorities efficiently, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Brand Representation and Market Positioning – You will represent the Sundus Global brand by maintaining professional conduct, communicating brand values, positioning products and services effectively in the market, and building the company's reputation as a trusted business partner.
Customer Feedback and Service Improvement – You will collect customer feedback and support service improvement by gathering client insights, understanding pain points, communicating feedback to relevant teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experiences.
Business Development Executive Experience – Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Account Executive, or in a similar B2B sales role is required. Your background should demonstrate hands-on experience in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management.
B2B Sales Expertise (Mandatory) – Strong B2B sales expertise and proven track record of achieving sales targets are mandatory. You should be experienced in selling products or services to businesses, understanding corporate decision-making processes, and managing complex sales cycles.
