Job Description

Role Overview: This position is ideal for a motivated and confident professional who thrives in dynamic business environments, as the Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within the UAE market while representing the company with professionalism and strategic insight.

Position Purpose: The role focuses on driving business expansion by identifying potential clients, initiating communication, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong market awareness, understand competitive landscapes, and proactively seek ways to improve outreach and engagement strategies.

Client Acquisition: The selected candidate will actively pursue new leads, conduct market research, network with potential clients, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. The goal is to ensure consistent growth by transforming prospects into long-term clients and maintaining strong follow-up systems to secure ongoing relationships.

Client Relationship Management: This role requires maintaining meaningful client interactions, ensuring excellent communication, and providing professional support throughout the business cycle. The candidate will manage inquiries, respond to client needs, resolve concerns, and contribute to building trust that results in repeat business and referrals.

Sales Support: The Business Development Executive will support in preparing proposals, creating presentations, and delivering compelling sales pitches tailored to client expectations. This includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure the company’s capabilities and solutions are clearly represented in all marketing and sales materials.

Internal Coordination: The role also involves working closely with operational and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. The candidate will coordinate tasks, track documentation, and support workflow alignment to create a seamless and positive experience from the initial interaction to full service execution.
