Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the UAE healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will drive growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our healthcare services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE healthcare market

Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including insurance companies, corporate clients, and healthcare providers

Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets

Negotiate and secure contracts with healthcare partners and corporate clients

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities

Generate leads and convert them into sustainable business relationships

Prepare and present business proposals to potential partners and clients

Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of new business initiatives

Represent the medical centre at industry events and networking functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in UAE healthcare sector

Proven track record of achieving business growth targets

Strong understanding of UAE healthcare systems and insurance procedures

Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Experience in contract negotiation and relationship management

Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills

MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification

Arabic language proficiency

Experience with healthcare facility licensing procedures

Knowledge of medical coding and insurance billing processes

Understanding of JCI accreditation standards
