Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives with insurance industry experience to join our team in Dubai.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of telemarketing/telecalling experience in UAE insurance sector

Proven track record in insurance sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Valid UAE work visa

Preferred Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license

Immediate availability to join

Previous experience with insurance products and services

Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business leads through telecalling

Meet sales targets and KPIs

Maintain client relationships and database

Prepare sales reports and presentations

Follow up on insurance policy renewals

Identify cross-selling opportunities
