Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the digital marketing sector.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Develop and present tailored proposals and pitches to potential clients.

Sales Operations and Management:

Lead direct sales efforts, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.

Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Utilize analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new digital products and services.

Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital marketing industry.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Operations Management:

Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting and profit management, to ensure fiscal health and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the digital marketing industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
