Position Overview:

As the Business Central IT Specialist, you will be crucial in optimizing business processes, implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central, and empowering employees through training and support. This role involves managing the migration from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central and ensuring seamless integration across various departments.

Client Details:

Our client is a renowned manufacturing company offering bespoke and high-end products and equipment for some of the largest hospitality sector entities in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Analyze current "as is" business processes (including industrial supply, production, and logistics) to identify areas for optimization and develop detailed solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Manage the migration from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Lead the project team and work with the vendor to track progress, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementation that aligns with business objectives.

Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the new systems.

Collaborate with colleagues across various departments (supply chain, production, logistics, finance) to ensure a smooth integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Job Offer:

Attractive, tax-free salary of between AED 8,000 - 12,000 per month.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Informatics, or another relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting, with exposure to some coding and programming.

Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong preference for experience in Navision & Dynamics 365 Business Central, including the ability to identify and deliver modifications to meet business requirements.

Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of optimizing business processes.

A solid understanding of supply chain, production, logistics, and financial processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.

Fluency in English; French is a plus.
