We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Business Analyst with strong hands on expertise in Syndigo implementation to join our growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned BA professional with a background in PIM, MDM, and DAM to contribute to a dynamic and forward thinking organization working across Australia and UK markets.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and supporting Syndigo implementation projects, managing product data models, taxonomy, workflows, and integrations, and working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver effective solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Product Information Management to drive data accuracy, consistency, and quality across platforms, and utilize your SQL knowledge to support data analysis and reporting activities. Your exposure to GenAI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor will be a valued asset in driving innovation and efficiency across projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience specifically with Syndigo. Strong knowledge of PIM, MDM, and DAM platforms, proven experience in product data models, taxonomy, workflows, and integrations, and intermediate level SQL skills are essential requirements for this role. A background in retail or eCommerce domains and strong stakeholder communication skills are highly preferred and will set you apart as a candidate.
