Key Responsibilities: As the Business Analyst – Digital Product, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital enhancement, streamline operational workflows, and drive the adoption of innovative solutions. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping current processes, and working with developers to design and implement system improvements.

Digital Banking Expertise: The position requires a deep understanding of digital banking operations, online and mobile banking sales processes, and the unique challenges in delivering secure and seamless customer experiences. You will be expected to keep pace with evolving industry standards, competitor activities, and emerging fintech trends to ensure strategic alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement: You will work directly with internal stakeholders, clients, and technology partners to define objectives, clarify requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language will be critical for success.

Analytical Excellence: The role demands strong skills in conducting market research, performing competitor analysis, and identifying process gaps. Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar) is essential to accurately document workflows and highlight optimization opportunities.
