Data Analytics & Reporting:

The successful candidate will develop sophisticated dashboards and financial models using Power BI and advanced Excel. Your analyses will track sales performance, portfolio valuations, and market trends to inform executive-level decisions.

Market Intelligence:

You will synthesize data from multiple sources to identify emerging opportunities and risks. Your ability to translate complex datasets into clear visualizations will empower stakeholders across departments.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 2+ years of analytical experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors. Your background should demonstrate success in building predictive models and automating reporting processes.

Technical Requirements:

Expert-level Excel skills (including Power Query/Pivot) and Power BI proficiency are mandatory. Experience with real estate CRM systems and SQL will be considered strong advantages.
