Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the shipping, logistics, and supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving enterprise-level improvements and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

Analyze business processes and workflows in logistics operations

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Document business requirements and functional specifications

Create detailed business analysis documentation

Develop and maintain process maps and workflows

Solution Development

Design and propose enterprise-level solutions

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses

Create business cases for proposed solutions

Work with technical teams to ensure proper solution implementation

Monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness

Stakeholder Management

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels

Present findings and recommendations to management

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Manage expectations and communicate project status

Project Support

Support project planning and execution

Monitor project progress and deliverables

Identify and mitigate project risks

Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes

Provide regular status updates and reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

5-7 years of business consulting experience

Strong background in shipping, logistics, or supply chain

Experience in solution-based selling at enterprise level

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Arabic language proficiency
