We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in risk management to drive strategic improvements in our financial risk systems and processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing risk management technologies and supporting regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Document comprehensive business requirements for risk management projects, focusing on Moody's Credit Lens, rating scorecard calibration, and ESG Scorecard implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and refine risk management processes

Conduct detailed gap analyses on risk-related systems including Moody's Credit Lens and T24

Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless system integration and deployment

Lead system testing, validation, and user acceptance processes

Provide hands-on implementation support and troubleshooting

Perform post-implementation performance analysis and system optimization

Develop and deliver user training programs for risk management tools

Qualifications:

Strong background in risk management and financial systems

Proven experience with Moody's Credit Lens and banking platforms

Excellent analytical and process improvement skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
