Hiring for one of our banking sector client, for the role of Business Analyst

Location - Dubai, UAE.

Salary - AED 40000 (based on experience) 

6 months contract

Sponsor Visa holder & Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Lead the comprehensive analysis of complex regulatory frameworks impacting UAE financial institutions. Evaluate the implications of these regulations across various business functions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with key stakeholders across business, risk, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams. Organize and lead workshops to assess the current state of compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Interpretation and Assessment: Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to interpret regulations and assess the impact on the organization’s current compliance approach.
• Documentation & Communication: Structure findings and present clear, articulate analysis that outlines challenges, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, confidently challenging positions when necessary, and driving consensus on regulatory strategies.
• Action Plan Development: Define and develop a robust action plan to implement identified improvements in compliance with each regulation. Coordinate across all affected business areas to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in business / regulatory analysis, compliance, or risk management within financial institutions.
• Experience in the UAE banking / financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Previous consulting experience is highly preferred.
