Job Description
Role Overview – Al-Hajery is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait. This position is ideal for creative, data-driven marketing leaders currently based in Kuwait with proven brand management experience in the FMCG sector who can lead brand strategy, drive marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis, and elevate Al-Hajery's brand presence across competitive consumer markets.
Brand Strategy and Development – You will lead brand strategy and development by defining brand positioning, developing long-term brand roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, differentiating the brand in competitive markets, and ensuring all brand initiatives align with business objectives and consumer insights.
Marketing Campaign Leadership – You will drive integrated marketing campaigns by developing creative campaign concepts, managing end-to-end execution, coordinating across digital, traditional, and retail channels, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact on brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance.
Market Analysis and Consumer Insights – You will conduct market analysis and leverage consumer insights by monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, understanding consumer behavior, conducting brand health studies, and using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand performance.
FMCG Brand Management – You will manage FMCG brand portfolios by overseeing product positioning, packaging development, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and brand communications, ensuring all brand elements resonate with target consumers and drive category leadership.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy – You will develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies by managing brand presence across digital channels, creating engaging content, driving online engagement, leveraging influencer partnerships, and optimizing digital campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Product Launch and Innovation – You will lead product launches and innovation initiatives by coordinating with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams, developing go-to-market strategies, creating launch campaigns, and ensuring new products are successfully introduced and positioned in the market.
Trade Marketing and Retail Activation – You will collaborate with trade marketing and sales teams by developing retail activation programs, creating in-store promotions, designing point-of-sale materials, and ensuring strong brand visibility and execution at the retail level.
Budget Management and ROI Optimization – You will manage brand marketing budgets by allocating resources strategically, monitoring spend, analyzing campaign ROI, and optimizing investment across channels to maximize brand impact and financial efficiency.
Agency and Vendor Management – You will manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors by briefing projects, evaluating proposals, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining partnerships that support effective and innovative brand marketing execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration – You will lead cross-functional collaboration by working with sales, product development, supply chain, and finance teams, aligning marketing initiatives with commercial goals, and ensuring integrated execution across all business functions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting – You will track and report on brand performance by monitoring KPIs including brand awareness, market share, consumer sentiment, campaign performance, and sales growth, and by providing strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Brand Management Experience (Mandatory) – Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Brand Marketing Manager, or in a similar senior brand management role is mandatory. Your background should demonstrate hands-on leadership of brand strategy, campaign execution, and FMCG brand portfolio management.
