Brand Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative brand strategies that align with business goals and market needs.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Promotional Activities: Oversee and manage all brand-related promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales.

Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of branding activities across various retail channels while maintaining consistency.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver branding objectives and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail/fashion sector.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies.

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Fashion Management).
