Position Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service while managing staff and inventory at our Al Quoz branch.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through training and performance management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Manage branch budgets and control operational costs
Implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in building materials or related industry
Proven track record in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of the UAE building materials and interior design market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
