Olio Hospitality is supporting a client in their search for an experienced and passionate Branch Manager to lead a unique and sustainability focused coffee shop concept in Al Quoz, Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven hospitality professional who shares a passion for sustainable practices, local production, and delivering exceptional all day dining experiences in a dynamic and purpose driven environment.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, leading and motivating a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality and customer service, and driving the overall performance and profitability of the branch. You will play a central role in maintaining the unique identity and values of the concept, managing day to day operations efficiently, and creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest who walks through the door.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a branch management or similar leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry. A genuine passion for sustainability, local produce, and all day breakfast and dining concepts will be a significant advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent operational knowledge, and the ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff scheduling effectively are essential requirements for this role. Experience working in the UAE hospitality market will be considered a strong advantage.
We are looking for a hands on, proactive, and results driven hospitality leader who leads by example, builds strong team cultures, and is genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences within a sustainable and locally focused concept.
Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week, 1 Day Off
Joining: Immediate to Within 30 Days
Salary: AED 10,000 All Inclusive
