Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our exchange house branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all branch operations and staff

Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and company policies

Monitor and control foreign exchange transactions and remittances

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets

Manage customer relationships and handle escalated issues

Supervise cash management and maintain branch security protocols

Train and develop staff members to maintain service excellence

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Implement anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC procedures

Maintain relationships with corporate clients

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in exchange houses or banking operations

Proven track record in branch management

Strong understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations

Experience in foreign exchange and remittance operations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

Advanced computer skills
