About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Abu Dhabi operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise in logistics and freight forwarding, with a proven track record of managing multinational client relationships and driving business growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Abu Dhabi branch, ensuring optimal performance and profitability

Develop and maintain relationships with key multinational clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities

Oversee daily operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing activities

Manage and develop a team of logistics professionals, ensuring high performance and operational excellence

Monitor branch KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies

Develop and manage branch budgets, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization

Collaborate with other regional branches to maintain service consistency and share best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

5-7 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding within the UAE

Proven track record of managing operations and driving business growth

Strong understanding of UAE customs regulations and logistics landscape

Excellence in client relationship management with multinational companies

Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
