Branch Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description

Customer Interaction & Support: The Branch CSR will handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries from driving school students and clients, ensuring a seamless customer journey and delivering prompt, professional responses to queries.

Registration & Scheduling Assistance: The CSR will assist students in course registration, class scheduling, and driving test appointments, maintaining accuracy in records and ensuring that all appointments are managed efficiently.

Query Resolution & Problem-Solving: This role requires identifying customer concerns, providing timely solutions, escalating complex issues to management, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Record-Keeping & Documentation: The CSR will maintain accurate student records, payment confirmations, training progress reports, and other essential documentation to support smooth branch operations.

Communication & Coordination: The candidate will communicate effectively with instructors, management, and other departments, ensuring that all internal stakeholders are updated and that operational processes run efficiently.

Customer Experience Enhancement: The CSR will focus on creating a positive and welcoming environment, implementing feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
