Billing and Revenue Recovery Officer

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Billing and Revenue Recovery Officers to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing processes, maximizing revenue recovery, and maintaining financial compliance across our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process medical billing transactions and claims with accuracy and efficiency

Review and verify patient billing information to ensure completeness and compliance

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected claims

Follow up on outstanding payments and implement recovery strategies

Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claim settlements

Maintain detailed records of billing activities and payment histories

Generate and analyze financial reports to track revenue performance

Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare billing regulations and standards

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycle management

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for billing processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue recovery

Knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance systems and regulations

Experience with medical billing software and electronic health records

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
