Job Description/Role:

As a Bid Coordinator at LNR Consultancy, you will manage and coordinate the preparation of bids and proposals for project management, quantity surveying, architectural, master planning, landscape, and engineering projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Coordination: Manage the entire bid process from initial request for proposal (RFP) or invitation to tender (ITT) to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with project teams to gather information, develop technical content, and create compelling proposals that showcase the firm's expertise, capabilities, and unique value proposition.

Document Management: Organize and maintain all bid-related documents, including project briefs, design concepts, technical specifications, and pricing information.

Quality Assurance: Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with client specifications and company standards.

Bid Strategy: Work with senior management to develop bid strategies, identify win themes, and differentiate our proposals from competitors.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, subcontractors, and clients to gather input, clarify requirements, and address questions or concerns.

Compliance: Ensure bids comply with all governance requirements and conduct audits across projects to track this.

Database Management: Maintain databases of past bids, client contacts, subconsultants, project profiles, commercial, and other relevant information to support future bid efforts.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate bid performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Design Consultancy Background: Experience in a design consultancy background is a plus.

Software Proficiency:

InDesign

Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Requirements:

7 to 8 years of experience in bid coordination and proposal management.

Experience with bids and proposals in quantity surveying, architectural, master planning, landscape, and engineering projects.

Bachelor's Degree.

Design consultancy background is a plus.
