Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Bellboy to join our prestigious hotel team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while managing luggage handling and assisting guests with various requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
• Handle guest luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information about hotel facilities
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby area
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams
• Assist with parking and transportation arrangements when needed
• Handle guest packages and deliveries
• Provide local area information and directions to guests

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bellboy in 4/5-star hotels
• Currently residing in UAE
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, German, or Russian)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
