Position Overview

As a Beauty Consultant for Lancôme at Chalhoub Group, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets through appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge. You will manage counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, product launches, promotions, and merchandising. Maintaining high grooming standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Build and maintain high guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty.

Customer Interaction: Address customer queries about products, prices, availability, and services; assess their needs and exceed expectations.

Product Knowledge: Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs and demonstrate usage and benefits of various products.

Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets using makeup knowledge, track sales, and participate in achieving incentives.

Merchandising: Ensure merchandising levels in-store meet brand guidelines and manage stock replenishment as needed.

Stock Management: Report stock shortages and ensure stock receipt procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the beauty industry.

Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
