You will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including our signature coffee blends, teas, and specialty drinks, while maintaining a deep understanding of flavor profiles and brewing techniques. Key Responsibilities: Your daily duties will include preparing espresso-based drinks, hand-brewed coffee, and other menu items with consistency and quality. You’ll manage inventory for coffee beans, syrups, and milk supplies while keeping the bar area spotless and organized. You will also handle customer interactions, process orders efficiently, and suggest food pairings to elevate the overall experience. Attention to hygiene and adherence to safety standards are essential parts of this role.
