Job Overview: Ducon Industries is currently hiring experienced and customer-oriented Baristas to join our fast-growing hospitality team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee and customer service, delivering high-quality beverages and an outstanding guest experience.

Beverage Preparation: As a Barista, your main role will involve preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, according to established recipes and quality standards.

Customer Experience: You will be the face of our café and must provide excellent customer service at all times. Greeting customers warmly, answering questions about the menu, and customizing drinks based on preferences will be a daily task.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is essential. You will follow all hygiene and safety regulations while ensuring that the café remains tidy and welcoming throughout the day.

Inventory & Stocking: You’ll monitor the inventory of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and condiments. Notifying the manager about restocking needs and assisting in inventory checks will be part of your responsibilities.

Team Collaboration: Working as part of a team, you will coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient service during busy hours. You will also help train new staff when needed.
