Cinema City Dubai offers a unique cinema dining experience to our guests. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Baristas, delivering exceptional service in our premium cinema environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to recipes and standards

Create specialty drinks and maintain consistent quality

Operate and maintain coffee equipment and machinery

Monitor and replenish coffee beans, supplies, and ingredients

Keep the coffee station clean and organized

Handle cash register operations and payments

Recommend coffee products to customers

Maintain knowledge of current menu items and promotions

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Work effectively as part of a team

Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Participate in regular training sessions

Support other team members during peak hours

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in food service or specialty coffee preparation

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays/items up to 15kg

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Basic math skills for handling transactions

Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a cinema or entertainment venue

Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation techniques

Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, and other languages)

Experience with POS systems

Background in premium or fine dining service
