Position Overview

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in the UAE, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in banking telesales and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for various banking products

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective telemarketing

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers

Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries

Comply with banking regulations and internal policies

Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and performance

Participate in sales training and development programs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in banking telesales

Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)

Strong understanding of banking products and services

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems

Desired Skills & Attributes

Previous experience in UAE banking sector (preferred)

Strong personality with a confident telephone manner

Results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent time management skills
