Position Overview

As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong client relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets

Identify and approach potential clients with banking products and services

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Provide expert advice on banking products and services

Conduct client meetings and presentations

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Proven sales experience in the banking sector

Experience in Indian banking sector is highly valued

Strong understanding of banking products and services

Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and practices

Excellent track record in achieving sales targets

Required Skills

On 22nd May 1995, the first company under the Derby group, Derby Marketing LLC was established in the UAE. The company started out by marketing their in-house product, The Dining Plus Card, a privilege card for dining, hotel accommodation and shopping across GCC, Far East and India. The biggest recognition of the popularity and exceptional privileges provided by the card came when the Dining Plus Card was co–branded with Mashreq Bank, Standard Chartered Bank & MMI.

Along with marketing our in-house card, Derby simultaneously started making serious inroads into the UAE recruitment market. Executive Recruitment has been our main forte since then. We are also a trusted partner for outsourced staffing to several top banks, hotels, cruises and organizations across many sectors in the UAE. Derby made its name in call center operations as well, when we were responsible for handling 24×7 call center operations for Spinney’s Super Market. We also launched Concierge Services for Emirates NBD Platinum Card holders during the same period. Our business acumen, ability to deliver consistently to high profile clients and growing workforce of highly skilled professionals helped us foray into much more complex, skilled and diverse business areas like HR Co-ordination, Debt Collection and Concierge Services.
