About the Role:

A prestigious banking institution in Dubai seeks a polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This critical front-facing role requires exceptional customer service skills to maintain the bank's professional image while ensuring smooth front office operations.

Client Service Responsibilities:

The Banking Receptionist will warmly greet all visitors, manage incoming calls with discretion, and provide accurate information about bank services. Your role includes efficiently directing clients to appropriate banking personnel while maintaining strict confidentiality of all customer interactions and bank operations.

Administrative Duties:

You will coordinate meeting room schedules, manage executive calendars, and handle various administrative tasks to support banking operations. The position requires meticulous attention to detail when processing visitor documentation and maintaining security protocols at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideal applicants possess proven receptionist experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. We value professionals who demonstrate impeccable grooming standards and the ability to represent our institution with professionalism and poise.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role. Familiarity with banking systems and appointment scheduling software will be considered a strong advantage in the selection process.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic language skills being highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are fundamental requirements for this customer-facing position.
