Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Private Bankers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with excellent relationship management skills to serve our high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients

Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions tailored to client needs

Create and implement strategic investment plans aligned with clients' financial goals

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide investment recommendations

Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Collaborate with various departments to deliver integrated financial solutions

Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients

Achieve designated business targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in private banking or wealth management

Strong track record in managing high-net-worth client relationships

Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products

Relevant professional certifications in banking or financial services

Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UAE financial sector

Strong network within the UAE market

Must be currently based in the UAE

Required Skills

Outstanding relationship management and networking abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
