Role Overview – International Grand Mart Supermarket LLC is hiring Bakers for full-time, on-site roles. This position is ideal for experienced bakers with hands-on expertise in preparing fresh bakery products including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts who can maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation within a busy supermarket bakery environment.

Baking and Production – You will prepare and bake a variety of bakery products by following recipes, measuring ingredients accurately, operating ovens and baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.

Product Range and Variety – You will produce a diverse range of bakery items including bread (Arabic bread, baguettes, whole wheat, multigrain), pastries (croissants, Danish, puff pastries), cakes, cookies, desserts, and specialty items, ensuring a fresh and appealing product selection for customers.

Quality Control and Food Safety – You will maintain strict quality control and food safety standards by inspecting ingredients, monitoring product freshness, ensuring proper storage, following HACCP guidelines, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in all baking areas and equipment.

Recipe Adherence and Consistency – You will follow standardized recipes and baking procedures by measuring ingredients precisely, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and appearance, and ensuring all products meet International Grand Mart's quality standards and customer expectations.

Inventory and Stock Management – You will manage bakery inventory by monitoring ingredient levels, coordinating with suppliers or store management for replenishment, minimizing waste, rotating stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles, and ensuring optimal availability of baking supplies.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance – You will operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers, slicers, and other baking machinery by following proper usage procedures, performing routine cleaning, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.

Customer Service and Product Display – You will support customer service by preparing products for display, ensuring fresh and attractive presentation in bakery cases, assisting customers with bakery inquiries, and providing product recommendations when needed.
