Job Overview:

The General Manager Assistant & Back-office Support role involves assisting the General Manager (GM) and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. The position also supports administrative tasks, ensures smooth office operations, and contributes to the company’s overall efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Functions:

Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

Support the GM with daily activities and tasks.

Provide administrative support to staff and ensure smooth office operations.

Conduct market research and prepare reports for the CEO.

Manage customer accounts, prepare invoices, and reconcile balances.

Assist front office staff in scheduling events, meetings, and appointments.

Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist in the development of sales strategies aimed at maximum market penetration.

Analyze sales records and trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Communicate with customers regarding price fluctuations, shipment details, and other inquiries.

Secure quotations from vendors and perform value and cost analysis for purchasing.

Purchasing & Logistics:

Prepare purchasing lists and orders based on sales team needs.

Monitor the flow of goods into warehouses and maintain inventory records.

Administer the internal purchasing and logistic system.

Documentation & ERP Management:

Maintain and update company documents and the ERP system.

Organize meetings and conference calls as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manager Assistant or similar executive role.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of business financial principles and experience in managing a team.

BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.

Salary:

AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.

Additional Benefits: Health insurance, travel accommodations, paid phone, paid time off.
