Job Overview: Mailogic Co. is seeking a skilled and motivated Back-End Developer to join our growing technology team in Dubai. This role is ideal for developers who want to work on dynamic projects that involve scalable platforms, API-driven solutions, and integration of modern back-end technologies.

Core Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining server-side logic using PHP (Laravel) and Node.js. This includes building secure APIs, writing optimized queries, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

API Development: A key focus will be designing and implementing REST and GraphQL APIs that are efficient, secure, and scalable. You will ensure that APIs are well-documented and can be integrated smoothly with mobile and web applications.

Database & Security: You will work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Ensuring data integrity, handling migrations, and applying robust security measures to protect sensitive information will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Performance & Optimization: As part of your role, you will troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, optimize server resources, and write clean, reusable code that meets industry standards. Knowledge of caching strategies, load balancing, and cloud deployments will be highly valued.

Collaboration: You will collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work in a hybrid environment will help you succeed in this role.
