About the Role:
We are a boutique recruiting firm in Dubai seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of air compressor equipment, spare parts, and services, with a focus on cross-selling and expanding into new territories, including other Gulf countries and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for air compressor equipment, spare parts, and services, including AMCs and service contracts.
Cross-sell into air audits, piping solutions, and allied solutions such as oxygen/nitrogen generators and chillers.
Handle a wide territory beyond the UAE, including Gulf countries and Africa.
Collaborate with the sales backend support team to create quotes and submit offers to customers.
Process sales orders and ensure accurate handover to the execution team.
Assist the marketing team with content creation for blogs, brochures, and articles.
Generate analysis reports and update CRM systems to track pipeline progress.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the industrial air compressors segment in the UAE.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Must generate your own sales pipeline and proactively engage with potential clients.
A consultative approach to sales is mandatory.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
UAE driving license is required.
Salary:
AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
