 Workshop Operations Management : The Automotive Workshop Manager will oversee all operations of the multi-brand passenger car workshop, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of services, and efficient utilization of resources. The role requires strong organizational skills and technical expertise in automotive repair and maintenance.

Technical Leadership : The manager will provide guidance and supervision to technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer specifications. Continuous improvement and technical problem-solving are critical to maintaining high operational standards.

Customer Service Excellence : The role involves directly interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential to build loyalty and enhance the workshop’s reputation.

Team Management and Development : The Automotive Workshop Manager will recruit, train, and mentor workshop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Performance management and motivation of the team are key responsibilities.
