Al Waha Cars is urgently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. This customer-facing role serves as the critical link between our service department and valued clients, ensuring exceptional service experiences while maintaining workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
The Service Advisor will professionally receive vehicles, accurately document service requirements, and provide detailed repair estimates to customers. Your role includes translating technical information into clear explanations, recommending maintenance services, and coordinating workflow between customers and technicians to meet service timelines.
Technical Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate minimum two years of continuous experience in automotive service advisory roles, with comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and repair processes. Familiarity with dealership service operations and warranty administration is essential for success in this position.
Customer Service Excellence:
