Position Overview: AlRajhi Building and Construction is looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our design and engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings and detailed layouts for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, advanced AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into practical construction documents.

Key Responsibilities: The AutoCAD Draftsman will prepare architectural and structural drawings, assist engineers and architects in revising designs, and ensure that all plans meet project specifications. The role involves converting design concepts into detailed technical drawings, updating drawings as required by field conditions, and coordinating with other departments to maintain accuracy across all design documentation.

Technical Expertise: The candidate must possess exceptional command over AutoCAD software along with familiarity in Revit, Civil 3D, and other drafting tools. A clear understanding of construction layouts, material specifications, and building standards is required. The Draftsman will be expected to create, modify, and review shop drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Project Coordination: This role demands close collaboration with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure drawings reflect real-time conditions and adjustments.
