Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and providing guidance and support.

Represent FPA effectively in the market by embodying company culture, values, and employer brand.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment processes to enhance candidate generation strategies.

Maintain high ethical standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in recruitment practices.

Requirements:

What you'll need to succeed:

Proven experience as a Candidate Resourcer, Associate Consultant, or similar role in recruitment.

Strong sourcing and networking skills with proficiency in candidate engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality work and achieve results.

Passion for people with a genuine interest in understanding and supporting career development.

Strong work ethic characterized by reliability, diligence, and initiative.

Adaptability and resilience to address challenges and changing priorities.

Experience in the GCC region is a plus, though not essential.
