Job Description / Role

Overview:

Fletcher Piccolo Associates is a specialist search consultancy within the Real Estate & Construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.

Candidate Experience:

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals, aspirations, and preferences, and providing guidance and support accordingly.

Representation:

Demonstrate an understanding of the FPA culture, values, and employer brand to effectively represent our company in the market.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment processes to continuously improve candidate generation strategies and outcomes.

Ethical Standards:

Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Candidate Resourcer / Associate Consultant or in a similar recruitment role.

Strong sourcing and networking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work to high standards: Candidates should have a track record of consistently delivering high-quality work and achieving results.

Passion for people and possess a genuine interest in understanding and helping people achieve their career goals.

Strong work ethic characterized by reliability, diligence, and a willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.

Adaptability and resilience. Candidates should be adaptable to changing priorities, client needs, and market dynamics, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing challenges.

Current GCC experience is a plus, not a necessity.
