Summary:

The Associate Director of Sales will efficiently manage the Sales Department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. The role involves working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales and meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in all sales activities within the hotel.

Collaborate with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other departments to enhance sales through coordinated efforts.

Implement and uphold Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Oversee and drive the performance of the Sales Department to achieve revenue targets and optimize business potential.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.

Strong understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches.

Proficiency in MS Office, email, and knowledge of Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE is advantageous.
