Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Team Leader for our Credit Cards division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience in the UAE, with a strong background in outdoor sales, particularly in credit cards (preferably Mashreq Cards). This role requires a self-motivated and target-oriented individual with excellent selling skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in leading a team of credit card sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

2. Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote credit card products and acquire new customers.

3. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their sales performance and achieve individual and team targets.

4. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.

5. Identify potential customers and market segments to target for credit card sales.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the credit card market.

8. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to enhance credit card offerings and promotional activities.

10. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all sales activities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of banking experience in the UAE, with a focus on outdoor sales in credit cards (Preferred Mashreq Cards).

2. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

3. Strong personality with excellent selling skills and a target-oriented mindset.

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

7. Gender: Male/Female

8. Must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).

9. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
