Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Assistant who is fluent in Tagalog to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional environment where your administrative and language skills will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow in the office.

Daily Responsibilities: As an Admin Assistant, you will handle a wide range of administrative duties including preparing invoices, filing important documents, managing records, assisting with correspondence, and supporting team members with general office operations. Your contribution will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency.

Communication Skills: The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Tagalog. You will serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners, so professional verbal and written communication skills are vital. Fluency in Tagalog is mandatory due to team and client interaction requirements.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management are essential for this role. You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate filing systems. Your ability to prioritize and work independently will be highly valued.

Team Collaboration: You’ll be working closely with different departments, providing support wherever necessary. Your cooperative attitude and reliability will help ensure tasks are completed efficiently and team objectives are met. We value a positive, can-do mindset and a willingness to take initiative.

Previous Experience: While prior administrative experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who demonstrate the right skills, professionalism, and work ethic. Familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and basic invoicing systems will be a plus.
