Position Overview: We are looking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper – Civil to support storekeeping activities at construction sites. You will assist the Senior Storekeeper in managing daily material inflow and outflow while ensuring proper storage and documentation of civil construction items.

Support & Receiving: You will help receive incoming materials, check against purchase orders, and report discrepancies. Your role includes labeling, stacking, and moving goods to their designated storage areas under supervision.

Inventory Support: You'll assist in updating daily logs, bin cards, and tracking issued and returned items. Maintaining cleanliness and systematic order of store items will be part of your daily tasks.

Issuance & Returns: Under the direction of the storekeeper, you will prepare material requisition slips, issue items to site teams, and record returns accurately. This supports smooth project operations and accurate material forecasting.

Physical Stock Assistance: You’ll participate in physical stock audits and help reconcile inventory records. Helping maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices and expiry checks will be a regular task.

Learning Opportunity: This is a great opportunity for junior professionals with 2–3 years of experience who want to grow into senior roles. You will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale construction materials and workflows.
