Role Overview

Red Sea Global Hospitality is hiring in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh! Exciting management opportunities are open across multiple functions. We're seeking an Assistant Storekeeper with proven hospitality storeroom experience, strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support store operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient supply management in a luxury hospitality environment.

Stock Receipt and Verification

Support stock receipt and verification by receiving incoming deliveries, checking quantities against purchase orders, inspecting product quality, verifying specifications, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all goods meet Red Sea Global Hospitality's quality standards.

Inventory Management Support

Assist with inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records, updating inventory systems, conducting regular stock counts, monitoring stock levels, identifying reorder requirements, and supporting the Storekeeper in maintaining optimal inventory accuracy.

Stock Issuance and Distribution

Handle stock issuance and distribution by processing requisitions from various departments, preparing items for issue, maintaining issue records, coordinating with kitchen and F&B teams, and ensuring timely supply of materials to support seamless operations.

Store Organization and Maintenance

Maintain store organization by arranging items systematically, implementing proper storage methods, following FIFO principles, keeping storage areas clean and organized, ensuring accessibility, and creating an efficient storeroom environment.

Stock Rotation and Expiry Management

Support stock rotation and expiry management by monitoring product shelf life, implementing FIFO/FEFO practices, identifying near-expiry items, coordinating clearance with relevant departments, and minimizing waste in food and beverage storage.

Documentation and Record Keeping

Maintain accurate documentation and records including goods received notes, stock issue vouchers, transfer forms, inventory reports, and other storeroom documents required for audit, compliance, and operational efficiency.
