We are actively seeking a results-driven and experienced Assistant Spare Parts Sales Manager to join our reputable automotive team in the UAE. This role is tailor-made for professionals with a background in sales and a passion for the automotive spare parts industry, particularly those with experience in Japanese automotive brands. The ideal candidate will support and enhance sales performance through effective dealer network management within a designated territory.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, your primary focus will be to drive spare parts sales and profitability through a well-structured dealer network. You will be expected to cultivate and manage strong business relationships with dealers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Regular visits, negotiations, and performance reviews will form an essential part of your sales strategy.

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning

A key component of the job involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and staying informed on competitor activities. You will work alongside senior management to devise innovative sales strategies and align business goals with market demands. This insight will be critical for enhancing the company's market presence and maximizing dealer performance.

Sales Monitoring and Reporting

The role also includes the preparation of detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Accurate reporting helps track progress, assess team effectiveness, and identify improvement areas. Your analytical skills will contribute significantly to refining sales approaches and optimizing operational efficiency across all spare parts activities.

Team Leadership and Training

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an MBA, who have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the automotive spare parts sector. A proven record of managing teams and handling Japanese automotive brands is essential. This role demands a professional who can combine strategic thinking with on-ground execution.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office and SAP, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders are also vital for success in this role.
